registrations from Sept. 1st to 5th will pay a $10.00 late charge fee.

All athletes will be allow to register with the approval of their

Each NF will designate a Delegate which will register all
participants and will be the only to present claims and complaints

There will be buoys every 100 mts in a rectangle way, parallel to the walking
side way. Exit from the ocean will be through stairs at water level.
Elite, U-23, Age Group
1500 mts - 2 laps of 750 mts
Infant, Teens and Junior Sprint Categories. Male-Female
8-9 years: 1 lap of 100 mts
10-11 years: 2 laps . Total 200 mts
12-13 years: 2 laps. Total 400 mts
Teen categories, Male-Female:
14-15 years: 3 laps. Total 600 mts
Junior Sprint: 1 lap 750 mts

Paved road all through the Amador Causeway. One complete lap is 10 km.
Elite, U-23, Age Groups
4 laps total 40 km.

12-13 years: 3 laps 12 km.
Teens, Male-Female:

Important note for the Bike.
Only traditional handlebars are permitted. The handlebars must be plugged.
Clip-on handlebars will be permitted provided they do not extend more than
15 cm beyond the front wheel axle, and they are not longer than the brake
levers foremost line. Clip-on handlebars and Aero bars will not be
permitted for Infant and teen categories.
Run:

Cement circuit along the sidewalk of the Amador Causeway.
